Site Supervisor/QC Civiele Werken

We are looking for a professional who embodies the essence of a Site Supervisor for civil works. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance in construction, this role may be the right fit for you.

• You monitor civil works with a focus on concrete structures.
• You oversee the correct application and compliance with the quality plan.
• You track, control, and review ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
• You verify quality-related documentation, records, and reports.
• You identify deviations and discuss corrective actions with the contractor.
• You serve as the primary point of contact on-site for quality-related matters.
• You collaborate constructively with all involved parties (contractor, consultancy, client).
• You report progress and quality of works to the stakeholders.

• You have at least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project oversight.
• You possess strong knowledge of quality plans, ITPs, and quality processes.
• You have experience with or affinity for civil concrete works.
• You understand the role of a client representative.
• You are a strong communicator and diplomat with a coaching and supportive approach.
• You are meticulous, structured, and documentation-oriented.
• You are prepared and able to work full-time on-site in Dessel.
