Our client, a global organization with international operations, is seeking a hands-on professional to lead a strategic IT service management transformation. This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of the project, focusing on the migration from a shared environment to a dedicated regional instance while aligning stakeholders and technical teams across multiple regions.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow ITSM programme, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality from initiation through go-live.
  • Drive the migration from a shared ServiceNow environment to a dedicated instance, overseeing data migration and integration scoping.
  • Coordinate between European stakeholders and international delivery teams to ensure requirements and dependencies remain aligned across time zones.
  • Shape the target ITSM operating model across Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and CMDB.
  • Apply project methodology and governance standards including detailed documentation, reporting, and delivery standards.
  • Steer testing and validation phases, including UAT readiness and acceptance criteria, through to a controlled go-live.

Vereisten

  • You have experience delivering ServiceNow programmes end-to-end, including hands-on leadership of implementation and migration projects.
  • You possess a deep command of ITSM process design and delivery across Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and CMDB.
  • You bring experience running migrations or consolidations between ServiceNow instances and managing associated data migration dependencies.
  • You're experienced in managing distributed or global delivery models and bridging business stakeholders with remote technical teams.
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • You're proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to set direction and facilitate alignment across parallel initiatives.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, CSM) certifications.
  • ITIL certification or strong working knowledge.
  • Agile delivery credentials (CSPO, Scrum), PRINCE2, or Prosci change management training.
  • Active knowledge of Dutch.
