Our client, a prominent organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join their Cloud Center of Excellence. This role involves designing and building a secure, scalable, and reliable cloud foundation based on Azure while bridging the gap between governance and product teams.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and build a secure, reliable, and scalable cloud foundation based on Azure.
- Implement cloud governance and establish policies using EPAC.
- Coordinate technical requirements across various projects in collaboration with product and application teams.
- Review and challenge infrastructure designs provided by external outsourcing partners and vendors.
- Develop cost allocation models and support product teams with budget management and cost insights.
- Manage cloud reservations and savings plans while investigating cost anomalies.
- Continuously improve services provided to internal clients through service integration.
Vereisten
- 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect in large-scale environments with over 5,000 users.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure design and implementation.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure AD (Entra ID).
- 5+ years of experience with the Azure Governance Framework.
- 3+ years of experience with API Management.
- Experience with Azure Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
- Functional knowledge of Azure FinOps.
- Experience with modeling techniques including Archimate, TOGAF, UML, and Sparx EA.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English with C2 level proficiency.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of Sparx EA.
- Experience within the Belgian energy sector.
- Possession of a FinOps certification.
- Broad infrastructure architecture experience in similar large-scale environments.
