Technical Writer - Validation & CSV

Our client, a technical solutions provider for the life sciences industry, is seeking a Technical Writer to manage critical documentation and validation processes. This role ensures the high-quality delivery of technical manuals and validation protocols for both internal production and external client sites.

• Draft technical documentation including manuals, work instructions, and parts lists.
• Compose validation documents such as commissioning reports, IQ, and OQ.
• Conduct risk analysis and manage CSV related documentation.
• Oversee documentation and validation matters within the production department.
• Coordinate validation activities at customer sites to ensure compliance and quality.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
• You bring 2+ years of relevant experience in technical documentation and validation.
• You possess experience with validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and risk analysis.
• You’re proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• You have an accurate and analytical approach with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
