Senior Business Analyst – Intelligent Automation & AI

Our client, a leading player in the energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a specialist to drive technological advancement through automation and artificial intelligence. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and IT implementation to facilitate the design of a sustainable and reliable electricity system.

• Bridge the gap between business expectations and technical implementation teams for automation initiatives.
• Advocate for the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence technologies across the organization.
• Analyze and document detailed business requirements based on operational needs.
• Evaluate the value and feasibility of specific use cases for advanced technologies within a regulated environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure the successful delivery of new technological solutions.
• Train and support business users to ensure the optimal utilization of implemented tools.

• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar project-based role.
• Professional experience in the implementation of AI solutions within a large-scale or regulated environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of various AI and Automation technologies available in the market.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or Science.
• You possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently while remaining a team player.
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good command of English.

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience within a Transmission System Operator (TSO) context.
