Power BI & Automation Specialist – Financial & Operational Analytics

Our client is seeking a professional to support their department in designing and implementing dashboards for expense tracking, KPI monitoring, and resource forecasting. The role involves contributing to process automation using advanced Microsoft technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Design and implement interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards for financial and operational tracking.
• Develop automated workflows and generative AI solutions using Power Automate, Copilot, and AI Agents.
• Construct and optimize robust data models to ensure performance and accuracy across reporting suites.
• Translate complex business needs into measurable indicators and standardized KPI frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder communication.
• Create detailed documentation and training materials to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer.

• 5+ years in Power BI including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and AI Agents.
• Proficiency with data sources such as SQL, Azure SQL, Dataverse, and Excel.
• You have experience implementing forecasting models for resources, budgets, and workloads.
• You bring expertise in managing projects through scoping, planning, and Agile methodologies.
• You possess strong analytical thinking and the ability to challenge requirements with pragmatic solutions.
• You're proactive and capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English.
