Senior QC Microbiology & EM Specialist

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a senior specialist to provide transversal support for quality control and environmental monitoring activities. The role involves coordinating field operations and supporting a major facility expansion within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate communication and activities between field EM teams and the microbiology laboratory.
• Provide on-site support for contamination issues and microbiological field challenges.
• Draft and update EM Risk Assessments and utility-related quality documentation.
• Manage microbiological investigations and field deviations using technical reasoning.
• Support operational teams during the capacity ramp-up and startup phase of production facilities.
• Act as the primary quality control point of contact for large-scale manufacturing projects.

• You possess a Master’s degree or equivalent in Bioengineering, Pharmacy, or Industrial Engineering.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in QC Microbiology, Environmental Monitoring, or sterile manufacturing.
• You have solid knowledge of microorganisms and contamination risk interpretation.
• You're proficient in Excel for managing technical documentation and risk assessment tables.
• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle technical discussions autonomously under pressure.
• You are fluent in English with a mandatory command of French.
