Business Consultant – Utility Collaboration 4d/week

Our client, a prominent player in the utility sector, is looking for a Business Consultant to support the evolution of a multi-party collaboration model. This role involves structuring operational processes, developing briefing documentation, and coordinating implementation phases alongside various stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Structure the collaboration model in close coordination with stakeholders from various utility organizations.
• Draft detailed briefing documentation to support project communication and internal processes.
• Facilitate information and training sessions for internal and external partners to ensure model adoption.
• Coordinate the phase-in and phase-out activities for the updated collaboration framework across all parties.
• Lead workshops to drive consensus, gather functional requirements, and align project goals.
• Optimize business processes using dedicated methodologies to improve synergy and operational efficiency.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex organizational settings.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in the utility or energy sector, specifically regarding collaboration models.
• You possess proven expertise in the development and optimization of business processes using BPM.
• You bring experience in facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholders.
• You have a background in Change Management, including the creation of training materials and delivering sessions.
• You possess a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in a Technical or Engineering field.
• You're proactive, agile, and solution-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.
