Cyber Security Consultant

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications and digital services sector, is seeking a motivated expert to reinforce their security governance team. The project focuses on leading the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of privileged access management capabilities to protect critical interests and infrastructure.

• Own the end-to-end privileged access management process by translating business needs and risk priorities into pragmatic security solutions.
• Define and drive the strategic roadmap, including the documentation of current landscapes and the design of future target architectures.
• Translate complex security and compliance requirements into practical controls and processes aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Establish metric dashboards and KPIs to report on program health to both technical teams and executive management.
• Lead the design and optimization of privileged access solutions with a specific focus on technical integration within the identity ecosystem.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners as the functional lead for all access management initiatives.
• Drive organizational change management to ensure the smooth adoption of security controls across various business units.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a specialized focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM).
• Proven expertise in the design, deployment, or architecture of CyberArk solutions.
• Strong technical background in Identity Governance, Secure Remote Access, and enterprise IT environment architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in Change Management and Project Management within large, complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate technical risks to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including constructive assertiveness and negotiation capabilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent through experience.
• You are fluent in English with an active knowledge of either Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Citrix, Azure Entitlement Management, or Azure PIM.
• Professional certifications such as CyberArk, CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer.
