Communication & Change Management Lead – Regulatory & Digital Transformation

Our client, a leading organization in a highly regulated industry, is looking for a professional to lead change management and communication efforts for a large-scale transformation. This project involves driving the adoption of new enterprise-wide processes and technology platforms while engaging diverse stakeholder groups to ensure minimal disruption.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the rollout of new regulatory processes and systems.
• Assess organizational impacts across functions and identify potential risks, resistance points, or adoption challenges.
• Design and deliver audience-specific communication materials including executive presentations, leadership briefings, and toolkits.
• Partner with leadership and project teams to facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder feedback sessions.
• Create training strategies and high-quality learning materials to support successful onboarding and technology adoption.
• Track readiness and engagement metrics to monitor adoption trends and recommend reinforcement activities.

• 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or organizational transformation.
• You bring a proven track record supporting enterprise-wide process and technology implementations.
• You possess advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for developing executive presentations and training materials.
• You have experience managing change initiatives within complex organizational environments involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• You bring strong facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• You're able to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable communication and training content.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with a high attention to detail.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Quality, or Compliance sectors.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.
• Previous experience working in global and cross-functional organizations.
• Background in supporting digital transformation and technology adoption programs.
