Material Qualification & Supply Chain Specialist

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical company, is looking for a specialist to facilitate material and supplier qualification for a specific project. This position focuses on coordinating with various workstreams to collect and evaluate information while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

• Monitor project timelines in close cooperation with the workstream lead to ensure adherence to milestones.
• Define qualification approaches for new materials, services, and suppliers based on regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate qualification results, including documentation packages and analytical test results, and draft qualification reports.
• Oversee method validation activities conducted by contract laboratories, including the review and approval of protocols.
• Draft and provide advice on material specification sheets, quality agreements, and other project deliverables.
• Resolve technical discrepancies and issues, such as Out of Specification (OOS) results, during qualification.
• Align internal needs by gathering information from internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• You have a Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent through experience.
• You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in a supply chain or quality environment within the life sciences sector.
• You possess a strong background in analytical Method Validation and Method Transfer.
• You have sound knowledge of cGMP regulations and common pharmacopoeia such as EP, USP, JP, and ChP.
• You are proactive, result-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
