Senior Program Manager – Train Planning & SAP Implementation

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead their operational planning and digitalization efforts. This role involves managing complex software delivery projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, managing scope, time, budget, and quality within the operational planning domain.
• Evaluate stakeholder needs and consolidate inputs to define the project scope for validation by relevant boards.
• Identify staffing requirements and develop solution strategies alongside comprehensive implementation plans.
• Monitor implementation progress meticulously and report on functional, architectural, and financial aspects.
• Foster a professional and collaborative environment to drive the project team toward successful delivery.

• You have 8+ years of experience as a program manager for Software delivery projects.
• You bring 8+ years of experience in train planning software implementation.
• You possess 5+ years of experience with SAP implementation and interfacing.
• You're flexible and willing to travel or work abroad.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Expertise in railway infrastructure and timetabling using international standards.
• Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP PM, and SAP MM modules.
• Proven experience interacting with C-level Executives.
• Experience in strategic roadmap creation.
