Business Analyst – Data Integration

Our client is seeking a professional Business Analyst to lead the translation of business needs into functional IT specifications. The role focuses on developing and improving digital systems while collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Gather detailed requirements and functional specifications for the development and improvement of IT systems.
• Collaborate with solution architects and project managers to exchange knowledge on functional and legal requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and produce deliverables related to assigned projects.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure functionality is communicated and validated for completeness.
• Develop user test cases and validate results during user acceptance tests.
• Update process documentation and create reusable organizational assets.

• You bring a technical background in Java or .NET, Microsoft Azure cloud environments, and SaaS solutions.
• You have experience drafting User Stories, Story Maps, Use Cases, and Non-Functional Requirements.
• You possess knowledge of data integration techniques.
• You have strong analytical skills with a focus on business processes and functions.
• You are proactive and possess excellent communication and writing skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
