IAM Specialist – One Identity & Low-Code Integration

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to facilitate a specialized technical integration between an identity management solution and a low-code platform. The project focuses on enabling secure projections and business role assignments using standardized communication protocols in an on-premises environment.

• Analyze and design integration patterns primarily using SCIM.
• Update joiner, mover, and leaver workflows to adapt them to the new system integration requirements.
• Implement synchronization projects and complex identity management workflows.
• Collect and analyze technical functional requirements based on critical identity and access management use cases.
• Generate technical delivery documentation including design documents, BPMN diagrams, and component presentations.
• Ensure the successful transition of project deliverables to support and operations teams.

• 5+ years of experience working with relational databases, specifically MS SQL.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing One Identity Manager, including the Designer tool and OIM RestAPI.
• 3+ years of experience and exposure in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Extensive knowledge of LDAP concepts and Microsoft Active Directory authentication, including Group Policy Objects.
• You possess deep understanding of security concepts and authentication methods including ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
• You have experience delivering Identity and Access Management solutions involving provisioning workflows, API Management, and ETL.
• You bring strong critical thinking and analytical skills to suggest appropriate solution architectures.
• You are fluent in English with active knowledge of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Application onboarding experience in IAM tools.
• Experience integrating cloud systems via the Universal Cloud Interface and Cloud Systems Management modules.
