System Tester – XRM & Insurance Systems

Our client, a major organization in the insurance sector, is looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of complex IT solutions within the XRM domain. The role focuses on delivering high-quality features in an Agile environment through rigorous testing and cross-functional collaboration.

• Analyze test results and manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle to ensure system reliability.
• Define and refine acceptance criteria to serve as a robust basis for all testing activities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and scenarios for both manual and automated testing.
• Plan and estimate testing efforts while prioritizing backlog items based on sprint requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during user acceptance testing and production support.
• Identify technical dependencies and optimize testing methodologies to improve delivery quality.

• 5+ years of experience in system testing within complex IT environments using Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
• Possess a mandatory ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Azure DevOps and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 1 year (renewable)
• Work regime: Full-time
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week)
