Security Architect – IT/OT & Cyber Resilience

Our client, a leading organization operating in the critical infrastructure sector, is looking for a Security Architect to translate strategic directions into robust technical solutions. This role ensures regulatory compliance and architectural consistency across IT, OT, and cloud environments to guarantee organizational resilience and business continuity.

• Design and evolve the target security architecture by integrating Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles.
• Define security architecture standards and principles aligned with organizational strategic directions and regulatory frameworks.
• Perform technical and architectural risk assessments on infrastructures, business applications, and industrial systems.
• Draft and update technical security standards in alignment with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS2 regulations.
• Support project and business teams in integrating security requirements for complex contexts like SAP and IT/OT convergence.
• Monitor the evolution of threats and technologies to propose continuous improvements for the organization's security posture.

• You have 5+ years of experience in security architecture within hybrid environments including IT, OT, IoT, and Cloud.
• You bring expert knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, NIS2, and GDPR.
• You possess technical expertise in Zero Trust models, Cloud Security, and ICAM solutions including IAM, IGA, and PAM.
• You have experience with cryptography, PKI, and detection technologies like XDR and SIEM.
• You bring experience with SAP security integration and industrial system environments.
• You're proficient with architecture modeling tools and languages such as Archimate.
• You're structured and solution-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
• Possession of CISSP, CISM, CISA, SABSA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications.
• Familiarity with the secure implementation of Artificial Intelligence and generative models.
