Data Analyst – Customer Experience & Big Data Analytics

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a specialist to join their customer experience division. This role focuses on leveraging big data through innovative models and visualizations to drive strategic improvement initiatives and enhance the overall service experience.

• Identify new customer and usage insights through innovative analytical methods and models.
• Develop impactful visualizations to drive meaningful business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with BI specialists, data scientists, and big data experts to solve complex technical challenges.
• Translate business requirements into specific analytical requests and technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders through clear data storytelling.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights that create measurable business value.
• Design and implement statistical analysis techniques to support data-driven decision-making.

• You have a Master's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or statistics.
• You bring 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics or a similar field.
• You possess hands-on coding experience with SQL and Python.
• You're proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
• You have experience with big-data environments and cloud technologies such as Azure, Cloudera, Hadoop, and Teradata.
• You're skilled in statistical analysis techniques such as clustering, segmentation, Bayesian algorithms, and machine learning.
• You possess the ability to translate business needs into analytical requests and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are a responsible, result-driven team player who can also work independently towards high-quality results.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a professional level of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with PySpark and DAX.
• Knowledge of data pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Experience within the telecommunications sector.
