Senior Project Manager – Large-Scale Agile & Critical Infrastructure

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is responsible for managing mission-critical systems and railway operations. This role involves coordinating large-scale agile projects within a complex IT environment to ensure the seamless delivery of high-availability applications.

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, planning, budget, and quality of deliverables.
• Establish performance indicators and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams working on a common backlog within the LeSS framework.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and agile ceremonies to ensure business alignment.
• Foster team autonomy and self-organization while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• 10+ years experience in IT project management within complex and mission-critical IT environments.
• 10+ years expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and LeSS.
• 10+ years experience managing project constraints including risk, budget, and strategic planning.
• 10+ years proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• 10+ years coordinating multidisciplinary teams in software development and architecture contexts.
• 2+ years practical experience working within a LeSS framework.
• You bring a Certified LeSS Practitioner certification.
• You possess strong leadership, decision-making, and professional communication skills.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch with good knowledge of English.
