Senior Project Manager – Payroll & HR Digital Transformation

Our client, a leading provider of human resources services, is looking for a professional to bridge the gap between business needs and IT execution. This role focuses on driving high-impact strategic transformations within a specialized ICT delivery environment.

• Lead the delivery of strategic projects involving both business transformation and IT modernization.
• Act as a primary interface and translator between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Challenge business requirements and technical estimations to ensure realistic and effective solutions.
• Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and navigate diverse perspectives within the organization.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies pragmatically to optimize project rituals and delivery outcomes.
• Align project execution and scope with strategic business cases and operational efficiency goals.

• You have 8+ years of project management experience leading complex IT and business initiatives.
• You possess a strong understanding of the SDLC and technical IT principles.
• You bring expert practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• You have demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.
• You're able to align project decisions with strategic business objectives and operational efficiency.
• You possess exceptional communication skills in Dutch with the natural ability to bridge technical and business domains.
