Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead the delivery of strategic projects involving both business transformation and IT modernization.
- Act as a primary interface and translator between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Challenge business requirements and technical estimations to ensure realistic and effective solutions.
- Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and navigate diverse perspectives within the organization.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies pragmatically to optimize project rituals and delivery outcomes.
- Align project execution and scope with strategic business cases and operational efficiency goals.
Vereisten
- You have 8+ years of project management experience leading complex IT and business initiatives.
- You possess a strong understanding of the SDLC and technical IT principles.
- You bring expert practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- You have demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.
- You're able to align project decisions with strategic business objectives and operational efficiency.
- You possess exceptional communication skills in Dutch with the natural ability to bridge technical and business domains.
