Senior Test Coordinator – Transport & Planning Solutions

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Test Coordinator to lead large-scale testing initiatives. This role focuses on defining comprehensive test strategies and coordinating user acceptance activities for critical planning systems.

• Define the overall test approach, strategy, and scope while ensuring alignment with program release schedules and resource needs.
• Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams, providing coaching and fostering a high-performance environment.
• Supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including environment preparation and end-to-end defect lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable test plans and integrated automation frameworks.
• Monitor quality metrics and produce weekly dashboards to support informed Go/No-Go decision-making for deployment.

• You have 8+ years of experience as a Test Manager or Test Coordinator leading complex testing initiatives.
• You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in functional software testing.
• You possess 3+ years of experience leading test strategy, planning, and execution.
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent within Agile environments.
• You bring 2+ years of experience in the railway sector, specifically within planning departments.
• You have 2+ years of experience supervising User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
• You bring proven experience collaborating with offshore or distributed teams.
• You possess advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including tools like Postman, SQL, or Azure DevOps.
• You hold an ISEB or ISTQB certification.
• You are fluent in English with full professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
