Project Manager – Asset Management & Compliance

Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is looking for an experienced project leader to manage various initiatives within asset management and network operations. The project focuses on optimizing operational workflows and ensuring full regulatory compliance regarding building safety and asset inventory.

• Lead multiple project initiatives within the asset management and network operations roadmap to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee the development of a comprehensive asset inventory for network-related buildings to meet regional and federal safety standards.
• Manage and guide teams of business and functional analysts to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Coordinate the design and implementation of digital tooling required for managing large-scale building data.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder management to align project goals across different departments and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and monitor action plans for asset remediation and long-term compliance strategies.

• 5+ years of experience in leading and managing complex projects.
• Experience in managing compliance projects and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in leading and directing business analysts and functional analysts.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, terminology, and processes such as Prince2 or PMBok.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management.
• Excellent communicative and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

• Experience within the energy sector.
• Possession of a Prince2 certification.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of asbestos regulations.
• Master or Bachelor degree with a technical or engineering background.
