Product Owner – Cyber Threat Intelligence

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for an expert to manage data streams related to global cyber threats. The project focuses on transforming raw threat intelligence into actionable insights to enhance the prevention of cyber incidents across the organization. The role combines product strategy, technical analysis, and stakeholder management to elevate the maturity of digital security services.

• Define and safeguard the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for threat intelligence services.
• Analyze incoming threat data and correlate findings with internal sources to assess organizational risk.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder requirements and impact assessments.
• Optimize and document data management processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of threat information flows.
• Develop technical threat reports and management summaries tailored to various stakeholder levels.
• Establish quality control mechanisms and monitor the effectiveness of security management measures.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and document methodologies to anchor threat intelligence expertise within the organization.

• 5+ years experience as a Cyber Threat Intelligence analyst.
• 5+ years experience in product management, including product strategy and roadmapping.
• You possess a certification as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Agile development methodologies.
• You bring experience in requirements analysis and defining product goals with diverse stakeholders.
• You have experience managing a Product Backlog and assessing the impact of new requirements.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• 5+ years experience with vulnerability management in a cloud context.
• 3+ years experience with security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27000, COBIT, NIST, OWASP, or CIS.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and platforms.
• Experience with Project Management facets including cost estimation, timing, and planning.
