Senior RWE Expert

As an ideal candidate, you are a knowledgeable Senior RWE Expert with a strong background in epidemiology and outcomes research. You excel in analyzing complex data, advocating for scientifically sound methodologies, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• You execute RWE studies on time and within budget, including epidemiology, care pathways, and regulatory studies.
• You lead secondary data use studies and represent RWE on primary data collection study teams.
• You collaborate with external vendors and medical experts on RWE projects and analysis plans.
• You interpret results effectively and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• You develop clearly defined evidence needs in collaboration with the Evidence Synthesis group and Safety teams.
• You identify opportunities to innovate study designs and utilize new data sources.
• You advocate for scientifically sound methods and challenge and defend positions with various stakeholders.

• You hold a PhD in epidemiology or outcome research.
• You have substantial experience in conceptualizing and delivering RWE projects within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
• You possess strong quantitative methods skills, including expertise in epidemiology, health economics, or related fields.
• You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
• You demonstrate ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• You have a passion for innovation and adaptability to new methodologies.
• You are capable of translating project work into scientific communications (e.g., abstracts and presentations).
