Full-Stack .NET Developer – Infrastructure Asset Management

Our client, a major organization in the public infrastructure sector, is looking for a developer to support and enhance web applications used for managing utility assets. This role involves building production-grade software and contributing to a modern cloud-based ecosystem.

• Implement new functionalities in existing web applications in close collaboration with the product owner and the development team.
• Perform technical analysis and design for complex software solutions while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Develop and maintain web applications throughout the project lifecycle, including maintenance and incident resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to manage planning, scope definition, and release estimations.
• Write automated unit tests and maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term knowledge retention.
• Execute design and code reviews to align with architectural guidelines and internal IT standards.

• 3+ years of backend development with .NET, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6 or higher.
• 3+ years of frontend development with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years of cloud development on Azure including Infrastructure as Code.
• You possess experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
• You bring proficiency in unit testing with nUnit or xUnit.
• You have strong analytical skills and a precise, detail-oriented approach to development.
• You're able to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch at C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Bicep, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Fabric.
• Familiarity with Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Managed Identities.
• Application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SQL databases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
