Functional Analyst – Ticketing & Reservation Systems

Our client, a prominent public sector organization managing a large-scale nature reserve, is looking for a specialist to modernize their core ticketing and reservation platform. This role focuses on translating complex operational workflows into technical specifications for a business-critical system renewal.

• Translate existing process analyses into detailed technical application specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering and define business needs for the digital ecosystem.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process re-engineering across various service modules.
• Prioritize functional requirements using the MoSCoW methodology.
• Support the drafting of technical provisions and Service Level Agreements for procurement documents.
• Liaise with the internal ICT department to ensure alignment with existing architecture.

• 5+ years of experience managing large, business-critical applications.
• You bring a strong background in data modeling and process modeling techniques.
• You possess deep knowledge of requirement analysis and software design concepts.
• You have a proven track record with web services and integration projects.
• You have experience applying project management and software development methodologies.
• You're familiar with Business Process Management (BPM) and MoSCoW prioritization.
• You bring a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or economic field.
• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within public sector environments.
• Previous exposure to Recreatex software.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security and GDPR principles.
• Good knowledge of English.
