Functional Analyst – HR & Finance Solutions

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a business-minded Functional Analyst to join their data domain team. This role focuses on transforming complex business needs into clear functional specifications for HR and invoicing processes. The analyst plays a crucial role in process improvements, requirements definition, and supporting business stakeholders through system optimizations.

• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Support the design, development, and testing of new or improved applications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.
• Monitor system performance and propose process optimizations to ensure documentation accuracy.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Functional Analyst.
• You possess proficiency in creating user stories and detailed functional documentation.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• You're an excellent communicator with a proactive attitude and a talent for stakeholder management.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or Serrala.

• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
