IT Project Manager – Case Management & Digital Justice

Our client, a leading organization in the public legal sector, is looking for a professional to oversee the operational management of a large-scale case management program. The role focuses on delivering multiple critical projects while ensuring alignment with strategic governance and technical roadmaps.

• Lead the operational management of one or more projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, ICT professionals, and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver comprehensive progress reports to steering committees and management bodies.
• Ensure the high quality of deliverables while strictly adhering to established deadlines.
• Align project objectives with the overall roadmap and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of internal project management practices.

• You have 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• You bring knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, and PMO frameworks.
• You possess experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms.
• You're familiar with backend development environments involving .NET.
• You have experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with active knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in the public sector or justice domain.
• Knowledge of case management systems.
• Experience in digital transformation programs.
• Willingness to obtain PM2 certification.
