Vein to Vein Operations Support

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization specializing in advanced cell therapies, is seeking a professional to support logistics and planning processes within their global supply chain. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient and compliant transport of patient materials while maintaining high standards of quality and patient care.

• Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for treatment sites and commercial teams regarding logistics, planning, and forecasting.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics of patient materials while coordinating effectively with carrier networks and distribution centers.
• Ensure strict compliance with Chain of Custody (CoC) and Chain of Identity (CoI) requirements for both clinical and commercial operations.
• Coordinate operational capacity by scheduling manufacturing slots and managing the movement of materials across the supply chain.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) while driving continuous process improvement.
• Support treatment site certification efforts through training, logistics test runs, and participation in the rollout of new system solutions.

• You have 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated sector.
• You bring knowledge of quality systems and compliance standards including cGMP and FDA regulations.
• You possess the ability to analyze technical procedures and reports to make informed decisions in a GMP environment.
• You bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global setting.
• You have a high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and scientific judgment.
