Senior SAP Integration Specialist – SAP Integration Suite & BTP

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for an expert to design and manage complex integration solutions. The role focuses on building scalable connections between various internal and external systems using modern cloud technologies and architectural best practices.

• Translate complex business requirements and processes into robust technical integration architectures.
• Design, configure, and maintain integration flows within the cloud environment for both on-premises and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to align integration strategies with organizational goals.
• Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation including interface specifications, conventions, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance tuning, migrations, and system optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and provide strategic technical advice to management regarding integration innovations.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP integrations.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) including the design, development, and maintenance of iFlows, mappings, and adapters.
• Expertise in SAP BTP and SAP API Management, including policies, OAuth 2.0, certificates, and SAML.
• Advanced knowledge of data protocols and formats including OData, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
• Proven experience implementing integration patterns with cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, CDC, or C4C.
• Technical background in SAP back-end systems like S/4HANA and ECC using IDoc, RFC, and XI.
• You possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business IT, or a related field.
• You're able to translate technical concepts into clear advice for non-technical stakeholders and project managers.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English with C1 level in Dutch or French and B2 level in the other national language.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP PI/PO.
• Knowledge of legacy system integration patterns.
