Our client, a prominent organization in the public social security sector, is seeking a highly experienced professional to join their cross-functional architecture team. The role focuses on providing technical leadership and driving the architectural evolution of large-scale digital systems.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide technical leadership to the architecture team and mentor development squads to foster continuous improvement.
- Define and evolve reference architectures while managing technological debt and long-term strategy.
- Establish SLI, SLO, and SLA frameworks and implement monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications for strategic projects.
- Oversee the implementation of security regulations and information management standards in alignment with infrastructure teams.
- Lead the architectural design and lifecycle management for backend migration projects toward modern technology stacks.
Vereisten
- 8+ years of experience in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership and team management.
- Expertise in frontend development using TypeScript and Angular.
- Strong background in architecture modeling using C4 or Archimate and DDD methodologies.
- Proven experience with containerization and messaging tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and RabbitMQ.
- In-depth knowledge of security and API standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, OpenAPI, and AsyncAPI.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Gradle, and automated testing tools like TDD and Cypress.
- Proficiency in Hibernate and system observability with OpenTelemetry.
- Submission of a completed coding exercise response as part of the application process.
- You are fluent in French with an active knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience within social security institutions or related public sector domains.
- Certified Scrum Master or formal ICT project management training.
- Demonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to modern Spring architectures.
