Senior Identity Architect – ForgeRock & Microsoft Entra ID

Our client, a major service provider in the human resources sector, is seeking a Senior Identity Architect to spearhead a strategic consolidation project. This role involves designing and implementing a unified identity architecture to merge disparate customer and employee platforms into a single, compliant system.

• Design the future-state identity architecture to consolidate multiple identity providers into a centralized model.
• Lead the transition from analysis through to realization for enterprise-scale identity migrations.
• Bridge the gap between customer identity systems and employee identity ecosystems to simplify the landscape.
• Define technical standards and architectural guidelines to ensure long-term scalability and security.
• Perform security reviews and risk analyses to align the identity strategy with international compliance frameworks.
• Document complex architectural choices and provide expert guidance to technical teams.

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture within large enterprise environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ForgeRock identity solutions.
• Deep technical proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Proven track record in leading IAM consolidation or complex identity migration projects.
• Expertise in Federation Services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and User Lifecycle Management.
• Advanced knowledge of Hybrid Identity and Cloud Identity architecture.
• Strong experience in Security Architecture and Identity Governance.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Practical experience with NIS2 or ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Security Stack and PAM solutions.
• Experience managing both customer and employee identity landscapes.
