Change Manager – Energy Sector Transformation

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a professional to guide and anchor transformation initiatives through a people-centric approach. This role focuses on the successful implementation and sustainable anchoring of strategic change projects to ensure long-term organizational growth.

• Develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
• Guide the organization through change processes to ensure successful adoption of new structures and workflows.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and adoption activities.
• Conduct impact analyses and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops, communication campaigns, and training sessions for various target groups.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and management to achieve organizational change objectives.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Change Management.
• You bring 3+ years of experience within the Belgian energy sector.
• You have 3+ years of experience in driving behavioral change at senior management and executive levels.
• You possess 2+ years of experience with energy market operations.
• You possess expert knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR methodology.
• You are fluent in English (min. C1) with Dutch or French (min. C1) and working knowledge of the other (min. B1).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with process optimization.
• Knowledge of Kotter’s model or Lewin’s model.
