Senior SAP CO Consultant – S/4HANA & Manufacturing Integration

Our client, a global materials technology and recycling group, is seeking a senior professional to support a large-scale digital transformation. The role focuses on transitioning decentralized systems to a centralized S/4HANA environment within the controlling stream, ensuring seamless integration between manufacturing and financial processes.

• Lead the end-to-end SAP CO implementation and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Design and document comprehensive SAP CO blueprints, architectural frameworks, and conceptual models.
• Optimize cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis within the system.
• Manage the integration of controlling processes with SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP PP domains.
• Oversee inventory valuation and variance handling to ensure robust financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and maintain structured documentation for open tasks and project deliverables.

• You have 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO projects, including end-to-end implementations.
• You possess 7+ years of expertise in structured documentation, blueprinting, and architectural design.
• You bring 7+ years of experience managing integration between SAP CO and other domains such as SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP PP.
• You have 7+ years of deep technical knowledge in inventory valuation and variance handling.
• You're experienced in working within both custom-built and template-based SAP environments.
• You possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• You're proactive, resilient under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP debugging.
• Professional SAP certification.
• Strong knowledge of French and Dutch.
• Willingness to support change requests and tickets as project workload permits.

• Start date: ASAP (latest onboarding 31/10)
• Duration: project until end of 2025 with potential extension into 2027
• Work regime: Full-time
• Location: Hoboken and Brussels
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)
