Customer Master Data Officer – SAP CRM & GDPR

Our client in the transport sector is seeking a professional to join the customer experience solution department. This role focuses on supporting business operations through specialized system management and ensuring compliance with data protection standards within a large-scale organizational context.

• Manage business processes within the SAP-CRM on-premise environment to support customer experience goals.
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations and local data protection laws across all activities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the required discretion in a professional setting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience solutions and business workflows.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and procedural accuracy within the CRM system.

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• You have 2–5 years of experience working with SAP CRM (on-premise) from a business user perspective.
• You demonstrate proven knowledge of GDPR in line with Belgian legislation (Law of 25/05/2018).
• You have 2–5 years of experience in a comparable data management or privacy-related role.
• You are experienced in working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• You have demonstrated experience managing time-bound deliverables and operational backlogs.
• You are fluent (C1/C2) in Dutch OR French, both written and spoken.
