Incident & Service Coordinator – Energy Service Management

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking an Incident & Service Coordinator to ensure the continuity of services across billing and settlement domains. This role focuses on end-to-end incident lifecycle management, process optimization, and proactive stakeholder communication within a complex technical landscape.

• Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle from registration to closure in accordance with established SLAs.
• Monitor call queues and backlogs while prioritizing incidents based on business impact and urgency.
• Ensure correct incident management process execution across internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain quality dashboards and perform trend analyses to provide input for problem management.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate incident status, recovery times, and escalations.
• Support first and second-line teams by facilitating knowledge sharing and analyzing recurring issues.

• You have 4+ years of experience as an Incident Manager specifically focused on coordination rather than support.
• You bring 4+ years of experience in Reporting for incident management, including operational dashboards and trend analysis.
• You possess 3+ years of experience within Service Management.
• You have experience working with ITSM Tools such as Omnitracker or ServiceNow.
• You're communicative and persuasive in managing stakeholders within complex IT environments.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level with good knowledge of the other language.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience within the Belgian energy sector.
• Proficiency with Topdesk or ServiceNow.
