Our client, a leading organization in the maritime and logistics sector, is seeking an Expert QA Engineer to develop state-of-the-art applications for the port community. The role involves establishing and automating comprehensive test processes to ensure the quality of critical software products while collaborating closely with developers and architects.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define test strategies and plans covering functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Develop and maintain automated UI, API, and end-to-end test suites.
- Execute performance and load tests to ensure system stability and robustness.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Collaborate with development teams to promote and guarantee testable architectures.
- Report test results and provide strategic advice on quality improvements and risk mitigation.
- Utilize test management tools to document and track quality metrics.
Vereisten
- 8+ years in quality control and quality management expertise.
- 8+ years testing business applications, including transaction systems and complex integrations.
- 8+ years leading or guiding multi-functional teams.
- Experience with testing and quality including test automation, regression testing, and mobile testing.
- Backend development and testing with Java.
- Knowledge of functional testing methodologies.
- You bring experience in guiding business acceptance testing.
- You possess a proactive and collaborative mindset within Agile environments.
- You are fluent in Dutch with C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with data and integration tools like Postman and API testing.
- Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Proficiency with testing and performance tools including Selenium and JMeter.
- Experience with quality management tools like Spira Team or HP ALM.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and release management.
