Qualification & Validation Engineer - Lab Equipment

Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a professional to coordinate validation and planning activities within capital projects. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with international quality standards while managing technical documentation and laboratory equipment qualification.

• Coordinate verification and validation activities for large-scale capital projects.
• Draft and review validation documentation in compliance with GMP, ISO, and ICH standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering and quality assurance regarding change control.
• Facilitate quality risk assessments and provide technical expertise in QRM.
• Manage the qualification and validation of laboratory equipment and method improvements.
• Oversee the development and validation of computer-controlled systems within a laboratory environment.
• Conduct quality investigations and implement changes for the introduction of new products.

• You have a Master’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Bio-Engineering, Industrial Pharmacy, or a scientific field such as Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
• You bring 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated production environment.
• You possess expertise in qualification and validation including temperature validation and lab equipment.
• You have knowledge of GMP, ISO, and ICH quality standards.
• You’re a proactive communicator with strong technical writing and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
