Web Author – Digital Content & Marketing Automation

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a Web Author to join their digital engagement team. This role focuses on the end-to-end execution and implementation of digital campaigns and customer interactions across multiple online platforms.

• Create and implement campaign pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Set up, execute, and manage e-mail, SMS, and push notification campaigns via Selligent.
• Translate functional briefings into technical implementations for web and mobile applications.
• Manage service-oriented content and customer interactions within the mobile app environment.
• Coordinate workflows and task management via Jira while ensuring thorough quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including copywriters, campaign managers, and CRM experts.

• 3+ years experience in digital content management and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proven experience with Selligent or a strong willingness to master marketing automation platforms.
• Technical understanding of mailing setups, contact lists, and CRM processes.
• Experience working with Jira or similar ticket-driven workflows.
• You have a proactive and self-starting mentality with the ability to work independently.
• You bring a high degree of accuracy and a strong quality-testing mindset.
• You're comfortable operating within complex enterprise environments.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with various CMS or marketing automation tools.
• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile or tribe-based ways of working.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: initial contract until 30/06 with intent to extend.
• Work regime: 60%.
• Location: Mechelen.
• Working model: Hybrid with fixed office days on Monday and Thursday.
• Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
