Production Engineer

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to provide first-line technical support. This role ensures the continuity of the production line by troubleshooting process issues and coordinating team activities within a regulated environment.

• Serve as the primary contact for operators to resolve technical and process issues on the line.
• Troubleshoot immediate problems and determine appropriate escalation paths to maintain production flow.
• Analyze and eliminate bottlenecks to improve overall process efficiency.
• Conduct and document root cause investigations for quality deviations.
• Review production documentation and investigate process deviations.
• Manage daily production schedules and provide leadership to the operator team.
• Support validation activities and the implementation of new production lines.

• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• You possess strong analytical skills to perform root cause investigations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• You bring the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• You're a confident communicator capable of directing a team and managing various stakeholders.
• You possess the flexibility to work in an alternating shift system.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
