Senior Digital Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing & Pharma

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a professional to oversee the digital transformation of a new production facility. The role involves executing a comprehensive digital strategy that spans from infrastructure foundations to the rollout of advanced digital applications and operational systems.

• Establish and manage the digital project schedule, ensuring synchronization with critical milestones and overall facility delivery deadlines.
• Lead the planning and implementation of core digital systems required for efficient factory operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure digital solutions meet regulatory standards such as GxP, SOX, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to implement systems like SCADA, DeltaV, and MES according to technical guidelines.
• Manage project budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
• Facilitate governance and reporting to communicate progress and address challenges within the digital organization.

• You bring 8+ years of experience in managing complex digital projects, specifically within the industrial or pharmaceutical sectors.
• You possess a strong background in project management with a proven ability to lead technical and functional teams in international and remote settings.
• You have in-depth knowledge of industrial digital systems including SCADA, DeltaV, and MES.
• You bring a thorough understanding of regulatory standards such as GxP, SOX, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• You possess advanced leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate across diverse groups.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• You are fluent in English.
