Power BI & Power Platform Developer – Business Intelligence & Automation

Our client, a leading organization in the energy infrastructure sector, is looking for a specialist to design and build high-quality dashboards, applications, and automated workflows. The role focuses on contributing to a well-governed and efficient Power Platform ecosystem through technical development, solution design, and community support. This position combines hands-on technical tasks with the enablement of citizen developers to drive organizational innovation.

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models using DAX and Power Query.
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Apply and promote platform governance, security, and compliance guidelines across the ecosystem.
• Coach and support citizen developers by providing training, best practices, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Perform regular audits and optimize production applications, flows, and dashboards for continuous improvement.

• You have 3+ years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• You possess deep knowledge of data modelling and DAX for building scalable Power Platform solutions.
• You bring technical proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem tools including Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure Logic Apps.
• You have a solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
• You're analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks autonomously.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
