IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Critical Systems

Our client, a major organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking an IT Project Manager to operate within a complex, safety-critical environment. This role focuses on delivering reliable, customer-centric outcomes by managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring high standards of operational compliance.

• Collaborate with the Service Manager to define and shape specific project initiatives.
• Deliver IT projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage diverse stakeholders, project risks, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

• 3+ years experience working within critical environments.
• 2+ years experience in the aviation or transport sector.
• You possess a strong background in project planning, prioritization, and budgeting.
• You bring expertise in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• You have a structured approach to problem-solving and risk management.
• You're committed to maintaining a safety and compliance mindset.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years experience with IT Networks and Telecom.
• Working experience in regulated, 24/7 operations.
• Active knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Willingness to obtain specific security clearances for site access.
