IT Service Owner – Finance & Legal Applications

Our client is looking for an IT Service Owner to manage a diverse portfolio of financial and legal applications. This role ensures operational excellence and seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical support teams.

• Oversee the lifecycle and performance of a portfolio of applications within the financial and legal domains.
• Coordinate day-to-day service operations with offshore and third-party technical support teams.
• Maintain accurate application information and standards within the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Manage the handover process from project development to operational maintenance to ensure long-term stability.
• Drive the implementation of IT projects such as system upgrades, network expansions, and software rollouts.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage service contracts and license agreements.

• You have 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management and Application Ownership.
• You bring experience working within offshore or third-party support models.
• You possess a proven track record in vendor relationship management and license contract negotiation.
• You have experience overseeing IT projects including system upgrades and software deployments.
• You're experienced in managing service-related escalations and the project-to-support handover process.
• You are proactive and possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience overseeing a portfolio of more than 10 non-platform applications.
• Functional knowledge of financial and legal application landscapes.
• Technical knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
