Cyber Security Risk Assurance Consultant – GRC & Network Security

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a specialist to join their network security division. The role focuses on advising engineering teams on security controls, managing compliance baselines, and developing remediation plans to strengthen the resilience of critical network platforms.

• Advise project teams during design and execution on security requirements and technical controls.
• Maintain oversight of compliance with established security baselines and document risk deviations.
• Analyze vulnerability reports and penetration test findings to develop effective remediation plans.
• Support the integration of service platforms with security tooling including SIEM, PAM, and PKI.
• Define and track security metrics to report on operational and technology risks consistently.
• Evaluate vendor responses for procurement processes and provide security requirements for RfQs.
• Review access rights and administrative controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• You possess a Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
• You have knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management principles.
• You bring technical understanding of 5G, IMS, and IoT technologies.
• You're analytical, proactive, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Possession of CISSP or CISM certifications.
• Professional background in Telecom, Network Engineering, or Web Engineering.
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
