Legal Counsel – IT & Intellectual Property

Our client, a leading service provider, is looking for a versatile Legal Counsel to join their internal team. The role offers a blend of strategic guidance and operational legal support, with a focus on technology regulations, privacy, and general commercial law.

• Draft and review a diverse range of agreements, including IT licensing, service delivery, and data processing contracts.
• Deliver pragmatic and business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage and execute various legal projects autonomously from start to finish.
• Support the legal team lead with reporting and departmental coordination.
• Act as an accessible point of contact for legal inquiries within the organization.

• You possess a Master’s degree in Law.
• You bring a solid foundation in contract and obligations law.
• You have a demonstrated affinity with or knowledge of IT law, IP law, GDPR, and AI legislation.
• You're proactive, communicative, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a comfortable command of English.
