Expert Business Program Lead – Digital & ERP Transformation

Our client, a leading organization in the mobility sector, is looking for a strategic leader to drive a major digital transformation initiative. This role bridges the gap between central program teams and business stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and the delivery of sustainable value.

• Manage the overall business transformation roadmap to ensure alignment with harmonization and simplification objectives.
• Identify and prioritize organizational change opportunities while creating actionable plans for business adoption.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors to shape the future operating model and ensure readiness across all departments.
• Coordinate end-to-end business activities including testing, data validation, and training initiatives.
• Mitigate risks and manage dependencies to safeguard the timely execution of the transformation agenda.
• Challenge business deviations from program objectives to maintain strategic alignment.

• 15+ years of experience in business transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• You have extensive experience managing C-level stakeholders and fostering executive buy-in.
• You possess a strong background in change management and embedding adoption within complex programs.
• You bring experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving at least three different business domains.
• You're able to lead teams through complex technology rollouts and organizational redesign.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex environments.
• You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch with at least a C1 level in each.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within SAP S/4 HANA environments.
• Previous experience in the railway or mobility sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in business process transformation.
