Senior Talent Development Consultant

Our client is a global leader in sustainable technology and circular economy materials, dedicated to driving innovation in clean mobility and emissions reduction. The project involves supporting the global rollout and governance of an enterprise-wide career framework while enhancing performance management and talent review initiatives.

• Manage the global rollout of a comprehensive career framework, including methodology, communication, and training.
• Align job architecture, skills libraries, and job profiles with the organizational structure.
• Develop and implement governance models to ensure long-term consistency of the framework.
• Advise on talent management, leadership development, and succession planning best practices.
• Enhance global performance management processes, including feedback cycles and technology enablement.
• Partner with business leaders to embed talent processes consistently across the organization.
• Facilitate change leadership and create communication collateral to support project adoption.

• Bachelor or Master in HR, Organizational Development, or Business.
• You have 7+ years of expertise in Talent Management, including career frameworks, job architecture, and skills taxonomy.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in Performance Management and Talent Review process design and implementation.
• You possess a strong background in Leadership Development and Succession Planning within international corporate environments.
• You are proactive, analytical, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of Collective Labour Agreements (CLA) and their impact on job frameworks.
• Professional certifications or proficiency in additional languages.
