Business Analyst – Digital Ecosystems & Partner Integration

Our client, a leading public sector organization focused on digital transformation, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their digital ecosystem program. The role involves optimizing a partner portal and streamlining the integration of core digital building blocks to enhance the overall partner experience.

• Translate partner needs into clear functional requirements and detailed user stories.
• Analyze and optimize connection processes to ensure standardized integration across platforms.
• Collaborate with UX designers to define visual features and navigation patterns.
• Perform impact analyses for changes within specific building block models.
• Facilitate workshops between technical teams and stakeholders to align requirements and resolve dependencies.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to improve process transparency for partners.

• 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst for business-critical applications.
• 3+ years of experience in process and data modeling using BPMN and UML.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with UX designers on visual representation and navigation.
• You possess experience with requirement analysis and design for OO, multi-tier, and web-enabled environments.
• You bring technical knowledge of system integrations and APIs such as REST and SOAP.
• You're familiar with requirements and documentation management in JIRA and Confluence.
• You have experience working within an Agile or Scrum methodology.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience utilizing AI tools for developing analysis dossiers.
• Knowledge of regional digital building blocks and identity management systems.

• Start date: June 8, 2026.
• Duration: Until July 15, 2027.
• Work regime: Full-time.
• Location: Gent or Brussels.
• Working model: Hybrid (50% onsite).
