CMS Solution Specialist – Workplace Communication Tools

Our client, a leading organization in the European energy sector, is looking for a Software Solution Specialist to manage business communication applications. The role focuses on driving the development and maintenance of digital workplace tools to support evolving organizational communication needs.

• Define functional and technical requirements for software solutions focused on organizational communication.
• Configure applications to fulfill specific business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of requirements within existing software solutions and applications.
• Participate in the continuous development and improvement of software supported by the product team.
• Ensure software integration within the broader application and system landscape.
• Support product owners with supplier management, license negotiations, and IT cost estimates.
• Conduct market analysis and fit-gap assessments for communication tools and technologies.

• You bring 3+ years of experience with web technologies and Content Management Systems such as SiteCore, DotNetNuke, or Unily.
• You possess sound experience in the planning, development, and operation of software systems.
• You have knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• You're proficient in MS Office 365 standard software.
• You have a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You're willing to travel occasionally, including international travel.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French with a C1 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in IT provider management and IT operations management.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
• Knowledge of German.
