Data Analyst – Customer & Usage Experience

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their customer experience insights team. This role focuses on leveraging big data and advanced analytics to identify trends and drive initiatives that enhance user satisfaction.

• Identify new customer and usage experience insights through innovative methods and models.
• Create impactful visualizations to support and drive meaningful business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with BI specialists, data scientists, and big data experts to solve complex challenges.
• Translate business needs into analytical requests and communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights that create tangible business value.
• Maintain and develop data models to ensure high-quality results for independent and team projects.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL and Python.
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases and big data environments like Azure, Cloudera, Hadoop, and Teradata.
• You have experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• You bring knowledge of statistical analysis techniques including machine learning, clustering, segmentation, and Bayesian algorithms.
• You possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics.
• You're capable of translating business requirements into technical insights and effective visualizations.
• You are result-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
• You are fluent in English with a professional level of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with PySpark and DAX.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of data pipelines.
